Deborah Lillie Deborah is MHM’s Management Accountant, responsible for collating financial information to provide monthly management accounts to managers, directors, the CEO and MHM's trustees. Her role also involves coordinating the Finance Department to facilitate supplier payments, raise invoices to service funders, resolve financial queries, provide support to services and monitor organisational cash flow. Deborah completed her AAT (Association of Accounting Technicians) qualification in 2009 before progressing to become a CIMA qualified accountant in 2014. Prior to joining MHM as Assistant Accountant in November 2012, Deborah worked in the travel industry for 7 years at Hays Travel. Deborah’s interests outside of work include cooking, gardening and attending concerts and festivals around the UK.
