User voice

User voice services exist to empower people to influence the development of local and national mental health services. They do this by helping people take part in focus groups and attend meetings that have an impact on decisions; involving people with lived experience of mental health issues in the recruitment of services' staff; taking part in consultations on local and national policy, and much more.
