Jemma joined MHM in February 2019 as Talking Matters Partnership Manager, responsible for supporting the delivery of MHM’s national strategy for Talking Matters growth which encompasses all our Primary Care Mental Health Services including IAPT. She works alongside existing and potential partnerships, as well as overseeing our North Staffordshire, South East Staffordshire and Waiting List Initiative IAPT services.

Jemma has worked within the voluntary sector for over 15 years, having developed both project management and business development expertise in previous roles. Before joining MHM, Jemma worked with a charitable organisation who supported individuals with complex needs from areas of deprivation, many of whom experienced symptoms of poor mental health.

Jemma has a Degree in Business Economics and a Management Qualification coupled with many years’ experience of successful bid writing and team management.

With two young children and a puppy, spare time is spent with her family, however she does enjoy socialising with friends and relaxing in their caravan when time permits.
