MHM are proud to announce that we have been successfully re-accredited by Investors in People (IIP) for our commitment to our employees.

We are an active and passionate organisation that has a massive positive impact on the lives of people living with mental health needs. Ensuring that our workforce is motivated and feels well supported is vital in enabling us to provide the best service to our communities.

This year has been particularly challenging and has required us to adopt new practices to continue to deliver high-quality services. We are therefore delighted that our employees feel informed and supported, and that their dedication to supporting clients recovery was highlighted in our accreditation.

The award also challenges us to innovate and continually review our people practices, reward and recognition strategy, and to ensure that our people are at the heart of our overall business strategy.

Jane Hughes, CEO at MHM, said: our people are our organisation, and our ambitions can only be delivered due to our excellent and committed staff. It is therefore so important that we invest, nurture, and support our employees. I am proud that our commitment to our people has been recognised externally, particularly during such a difficult year.

As an organisation we are so proud of our workforce. The award is a testament to the passion and hard work of our people, and we look forward to what we can achieve together in the future.
