Clients accessing the service will be supported by a Peer Support Worker who can draw on their own experiences to help clients navigate the uncertainty of a diagnosis, create a care plan and access broader services. Who is this service for? The service is for residents of South Staffordshire aged 18+ with Autism, who are also struggling with their mental health. How do I access the service? The service can be accessed via a referral from a professional within the Midlands Partnership Foundation Trust Community Intervention Pathway, Crisis Team or within Staffordshire Adults Autistic Society. Previous service users can also re-refer themselves. COVID-19 guidance: The service is currently being delivered through a blend of face-to-face and virtual support.
