This year's Positive Practice in Mental Health (PPiMH) Awards Ceremony was held at the Duxford Air Museum in Cambridgeshire on 10th October 2019.  Employees from across our services attended this wonderful celebration of the great work being provided across the UK to improve Mental Health Services - a display of remarkable work and partnerships across the country.

All awards for 2019 were team/service/project awards and were open to the NHS, Social Care, Third Sector, and the Independent Sector for nominations across England, Wales and Scotland.

MHM submitted nominations for our excellent national services in both Primary Care and Social Care, of those MHM submitted we were short listed for:-

  • Support Matters – Specialist Mental Health Rehabilitation
  • Wellbeing Matters MHM Partner – IAPT Provision
  • Talking Changes MHM Partner – IAPT Provision
  • Community Matters Devon Moorings and York Havens – Crisis Support

Mental Health Matters were thrilled to come home as the winners of the Specialist Mental Health Rehabilitation Award for our Support Matters Service along with two further Highly Commended Awards for our Improving Access to Psychological Therapy (IAPT) delivery in Wellbeing Matters and Talking Changes.
