Following the most recent government guidelines which came into effect on 5 January 2021, we want to provide you with a service update.

Please be assured that we are working hard to ensure that we can continue to provide support to those in need, through a number of channels. 

To ensure the safety of our service users and our employees, there may be instances where services cannot provide face-to-face support. However, we can offer virtual support via telephone, text, e-mail, video, or webchat in many of our services. 

Our crisis services will remain open for face-to-face support, in addition to continuing to offer virtual support options. Please view the service-specific pages for information about how to comply with our COVID-19 secure guidelines when visiting a site.
