In light of the most recent government guidelines which come into effect on 5 November 2020, we want to provide you with a service update.

Please be assured that we are working hard to ensure that we can continue to provide support to those in need, through a number of channels. 

To ensure the safety of our service users and our employees, there may be instances where services cannot provide face-to-face support. However, we are able to provide telephone support, text, e-mails, video face-to-face, and webchat facilities in many of our services.

The majority of our crisis support services are now open for face-to-face support and they will continue to remain open during the lockdown. Please view the service-specific pages for information about how to comply with our COVID-19 secure guidelines when visiting a site.
