We know that mental illness doesn’t take time off at Christmas and that many people may be struggling.

It is important to remember that no matter what time of year it is, there is help available and you are not alone. Our fantastic helpline team is available 24/7 and our out-of-hours crisis services will remain open for support throughout the holiday period. Please see below for the status of each service.

Barnsley Support Hub: Open as usual except on Christmas Day when the service will be virtual only.

Coventry Safe Haven: Virtual-only service

The Moorings @ Devon: Open as usual, if you require our Exeter service please call beforehand due to capacity.

East Berkshire Safe Haven: Open as usual

Kent and Medway Safe Havens: Open as usual except Maidstone Safe Haven on New Year's Day which will be virtual only.

Leicestershire Crisis Cafes: Open as usual

Sheffield Support Hub: Open as usual except on Christmas Day when the service will be virtual only.

York Safe Haven: Open as usual except on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day when the service will be virtual only.
