What can you expect from us:

The Sunderland & South Tyneside Virtual Safe Haven provides emotional support and practical information to individuals who may be in crisis or heading towards a crisis situation. The service can also provide information and signposting to broader support services, including those that support with housing, benefits and debt management. 

Who is this service for?

The service supports clients aged over 18 who, following clinical screening via the South Locality Crisis Line, are considered not to require full mental health assessment and/or referral to secondary care mental health services. However, for whom additional emotional and/or practical support would be beneficial.
