    Welcome to Solihull Mental Health Drop-in

    What we do:

    The mental health drop-in service offers one-to-one support and group sessions, 7 days a week, from three locations in the community.

    The drop-in provides a safe space to access support information on a range of topics, as well as socialise with others in a comfortable, non-judgemental environment.

    The drop-in sessions cover a range of topics including:

    • Wellbeing
    • Hobbies
    • Healthy eating on a budget
    • Advice on substance misuse
    • Housing
    • Employment

    Staff are also available during the drop-in slots for a short 20-minute 1:1 sessions. Where longer sessions may be needed, please speak to us in advance.

    Sessions are delivered from three community locations: Solihull Methodist Church, LAYCA Community Centre in Shirley and Chelmsley Wood Town Council.

    Who is this service for?

    The drop-in session can be accessed by any Solihull resident aged over 18.

    How do I access the service?

    You can come and go as you please and no referral is required.
