The drop-in provides a safe space to access support information on a range of topics, as well as socialise with others in a comfortable, non-judgemental environment. The drop-in sessions cover a range of topics including: Wellbeing Hobbies Healthy eating on a budget Advice on substance misuse Housing Employment Staff are also available during the drop-in slots for a short 20-minute 1:1 sessions. Where longer sessions may be needed, please speak to us in advance. Sessions are delivered from three community locations: Solihull Methodist Church, LAYCA Community Centre in Shirley and Chelmsley Wood Town Council. You can come and go as you please and no referral is required. To attend a session, drop-in to one of the locations during a drop-in slot.
