Ways to support us

Corporate Partnerships
Have you thought about choosing MHM as your workplace’s Charity of the Year? By supporting us, you can:

  • Show your employees and colleagues that you view mental health as a priority;
  • Help to raise awareness of the support available to people, and break down stigmas;
  • Get the opportunity to receive bespoke training and awareness sessions at your workplace from our Learning & Development Team, to increase your team’s resilience and wellbeing;
  • Contribute to the running of our services, which provide a lifeline for thousands of people a year to get them out of crisis and into a fulfilled, stable, happy life.

If your team or company are interested in supporting MHM, we’d love to hear from you - please get in touch via [email protected].

Janet Pibworth, organiser of The Wooler Wheel which has chosen MHM as their chosen charity for this year’s cycle events, said “everyone involved in the Wooler Wheel have long known the benefit to individuals of being active and being outdoors, so we’re especially pleased to be able to support MHM’s local ‘Being Active Matters’ project which aims to connect people struggling with their mental health with volunteer ‘buddies’ who can get help them get involved with a physical activity, improving their mental and physical wellbeing”.

Send us your story about how MHM has helped you
We love telling people about the work we do, but it means so much more coming from the people we’ve supported. By sharing your story, you can help people to understand what we do and inspire them to seek help themselves.

You can share your story with us via our online feedback form.
