NHS Talking Therapy Services

We provide a range of therapy and guided self-help for common mental health conditions such as anxiety and depression; these treatments often take the form of talking therapies where you work with a fully trained and accredited Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner or High-Intensity CBT Practitioner. Treatment is delivered in a number of ways including individual therapy (over the phone or face-to-face), group workshops (for example Coping with Stress, General Anxiety Disorder and Panic) and online. These services are part of a national scheme called NHS Talking Therapies, for anxiety and depression, which was launched by the NHS in 2008.
