Benefits of working for MHM

From day 1 your employee benefits start when we auto-enrol you into our defined contribution pension scheme. You may also take advantage of the opportunity to increase your contributions and secure additional employer contributions to your pension (or opt out if you are sure that you do not wish to contribute to a pension scheme at this time). Our pension scheme helps you prepare for retirement through monthly contributions from both you and us.

Once you have passed your probation (normally 6 months) you will unlock further benefits:

  • Access to MHM's employee benefits discount scheme, offering a huge range of discounts and savings with major retailers
  • Occupational Sick Pay (dependent on terms and conditions attached to post) and annual discounted flu jabs.
  • Access to discounted gym membership
  • Access to a Credit Union Scheme
  • Our Cycle to Work scheme will save you money on a new bike
  • An Employee of the Season scheme where you will have the chance to be recognised by your manager and peers for your hard work, and entered into a quarterly prize draw!

After 5 years service at MHM you will also be eligible for 5 additional days annual leave (dependent on terms and conditions attached to the post).

One of the biggest benefits of working for MHM is the level of support and development that you will receive. we want you to be the best you can be. We’ll support your development, helping you harness your potential and learn new skills. You will receive regular one-to-one supervisions with your manager and an annual appraisal, along with a personal development plan (including detailed mandatory and statutory training).

“The jobs within MHM are extremely rewarding in relation to the satisfaction I gained from supporting clients and being a catalyst for improvement, development and positive change.”
