Donate or Fundraise

Mental Health Matters (MHM) appreciate the generosity of all our supporters.

We support over 15,500 people every month to access support and achieve their recovery goals but we need your help to reach people in need of support.

All the funds we receive help us to achieve our aim of supporting individuals to live their lives to the fullest, meaning that your efforts will have a direct and lasting positive impact on somebody’s life.

Please read our public fundraising statement here. The statement addresses some frequently asked questions and ensures our fundraising activity occurs in a way that follows best practice.

Donate today

Make a donation via the 'donate' button to help us to support people in their time of need.

Fundraise your way

MHM welcomes donations from fundraising activities.

We ask that all supporters familiarise themselves with our fundraising statement above, to ensure our fundraising activity occurs in a way that follows best practice.

If you have any questions, please contact [email protected]

How your donations can help make a difference

If you’re interested to learn more about how we support people with mental health needs, why not take a look at our latest impact report and animation.

You can also follow us on Twitter for regular updates from across the organisation.

Not in a position to donate? don't worry, you can still support us by simply sharing our appeal on Facebook and Twitter.
