Our mission is to help people achieve good mental and physical wellbeing and live life to the full, and having a motivated and enthusiastic workforce who want to provide the best service they can to MHM remains critical to our success. We have a varied array of roles across MHM, from administration to Clinical Leads and everything in between!

Our most common job role in Social Care is that of a Recovery Worker, and in Primary Care services we recruit many Psychological Wellbeing Practitioners (PWPs).

Both of these posts have full development plans attached to them, with PWP trainee posts also having an external element through University.

Locations: Our services are dotted across the UK and we equip you with a mobile device (where appropriate) and an MHM e-mail address to keep you up to date with communications.

Hours of work: As some of our services are available at weekends, evenings and even 24 hours you may have to work a shift pattern however this will be made clear to you on the job advert and throughout the recruitment selection process.

Watch this space - soon we will be adding some short videos of our staff talking about their roles, so that you can hear first-hand what to expect!
