Employment support

We know that finding or staying in a job can be really difficult when you're struggling with your mental health. We can help you with things like searching for a job that suits your needs, or helping you and your employer make reasonable adjustments to manage your mental health at work. If you don't feel ready to look for work yet, we can help you find the right training or volunteering placements and support increased self-confidence.

You will have one-on-one support from an Employment Recovery Worker, who specialised in supporting your mental health and understands how it can affect your employment. An Employment Recovery Worker will focus on what you want to achieve, helping you secure employment, education or volunteering opportunities based on your strengths and goals.
