Who we are:

We are a team of specialist Employment Advisors who work alongside therapists to offer a broad range of tailored support.

The team have worked in NHS Warrington Talking Therapies for over 5 years and have built a breadth of knowledge and experience. We sit at the heart of a network of local support, with access to local, regional and national employers, training providers, volunteering opportunities, local food banks, financial and welfare advice and more.

What we do:

We are led by you, your goals and your situation. Your Employment Advisor will take the time to explore and understand your situation, how it impacts you and how you would like to resolve it or move forward.

Together, we will then build a step by step action plan to achieve your goal, where you will be supported every step of the way.

Each situation is unique, and so is the support we provide, tailored to meet your individual needs every time.

Here are some situations where we may be able to help:

  • Work, college or university is impacting your mental health.
  • Your mental health is impacting your work or education.
  • You would like tailored help to find work, apprenticeships, training or education opportunities.
  • You would like support with welfare benefits, finances or you’re finding it hard to have enough food in the house.
  • You would like tailored help accessing courses to expand your skills and knowledge.
  • You would like to explore how to progress at work.

What our clients say:

Employment support has helped me with being able to manage work and home life and hopefully going forward I can continue to put the techniques shown [...] into action and forward myself in my career. Which before, felt like an impossible thing to do."
"It helped me have confidence, expand my answers, know what to say and learn more about myself and my skills and without this I’d still be avoiding interviews and not getting the jobs I want!"
