What can you expect from us?

Our experienced staff team is able to provide helpful information and advice and support you to connect with local community groups.

The Adult Autism Support Hub provides a safe and easily accessible space, where you can be listened to and meet individuals who might be experiencing the same things. You have a choice of how you can receive support from our staff, and this can be in group sessions or either face-to-face, phone calls, email or video consultation.

Calls and emails are monitored by staff during opening hours. You may email/leave a message at any other time of day and these will be responded to during opening hours.

What type of support do you offer?

We offer a range of support with our staff team and this can look at providing you information and support around (This is not an exhausted list) :-
