Today marks World Mental Health Day and the theme of 2022's World Mental Health Day, set by the World Federation for Mental Health, is 'Make mental health and wellbeing for all a global priority'.

World Mental Health Day is also a chance to talk about mental health in general, how we need to look after it, and how important it is to talk about things and get help if you are struggling.

In light of this, our services across the country are running a number of events.

Our North West Leicester, Hinckley & Bosworth Mental Health Wellbeing & Recovery Service is launching today. The service is hosting an event in Hinckley shopping centre to speak to local residents and promote the importance of accessing support for their mental health.

Our recently launched Barnsley Support Hub is hosting a networking event for local partners, providers, and members of the community.

In Devon, our Torquay site (The Devon Moorings) have been invited by Torquay Town Centre and the team will be setting up camp in Union Square to offer support and advice surrounding mental health.

In South Tyneside, our Mental Health User Voice Service is hosting an event in partnership with local providers Inspire South Tyneside, GamCare and Bliss=Ability. The event is open to all and has speakers on a variety of topics including mental health, fuel poverty and gambling.

We hope to see many of you at our events across the country!
