Will I get a donation when I renew my insurance, telecoms or utilities?

Some retailers have a clause that means they only offer a donation for new customers who have never shopped with them before. This is usually the case for retailers where you buy a policy from them such as insurance, utilities, mobile, broadband etc Each retailer has their own page on the website where you can see their donation rates and terms and conditions.

How does our organisation receive the donations I raise?

easyfundraising total up all the donations raised by everyone supporting our organisation every three months and sends them to us. You don’t need to do anything to make this happen, it is all done automatically.

Which retailers will donate when I shop?

There are over 8,000 retailers available to shop with, including Amazon, eBay, Argos, John Lewis, Trainline, Sainsbury’s, Boots, Booking.com, Currys, Aviva, M&S, Debenhams, Waitrose, and Holland & Barrett. It means that no matter what you buy online, from travel and holidays to fashion, homewares, insurance, and groceries – you can raise free donations at no extra cost.

How does easyfundraising work?

easyfundraising turns your everyday online shopping into money for our organisation. When you use the easyfundraising website or app to shop with leading retailers, the retailer sends our organisation a free donation at no additional cost.

A Chief Financial Officer with international experience across a broad range of sectors including FMCG, retail, manufacturing, B2B, transport logistics, and supply chain for leading brands such as XPO (formerly Norbert Dentressangle), Swissport, Diversey (formerly part of Unilever and SealedAir) and Signet.

Liz Elwell - Director of People

Liz is the Executive Director of People at Mental Health Matters. Liz is responsible for leading the organisation's people strategy, organisational development, culture and engagement, ensuring that MHM continues to be a great place to work and a strong, sustainable organisation delivering outstanding mental health support.

Liz has built her career as a senior People leader across both the charity and commercial sectors, specialising in culture change, leadership development and building people focused organisations that are strongly aligned to mission and values. She is passionate about creating environments where people feel supported, valued and able to bring their full strengths to work. Liz believes that most people have far more talent and potential than they often recognise, and that the right culture and leadership can unlock this. She is committed to building a healthy, engaged workforce, knowing that when staff thrive, it directly drives better services, stronger impact and better outcomes for the people Mental Health Matters exists to support.

"I have always found my passion in the voluntary sector, where the work we do can make a real difference to the world. Jordan Soondar is an experienced senior leader in quality improvement, patient safety, programme management and organisational transformation, with over 18 years' leadership experience across large, complex NHS and third sector healthcare organisations. Jordan brings strong strategic capability, technical expertise and a collaborative leadership style to support transformation at scale and pace.

But what truly drives him is a powerful, clear principle: that every individual deserves care that is both equitable and exceptional, regardless of their background or circumstances. His mission? To build systems and foster learning environments that empower others to make this vision a reality.

Curious by nature and energised by discovery, Jordan finds joy in exploring new cultures, savouring global cuisines, and feeding his wanderlust through travel.
