This month marks five years since the go live date of our NHS Warrington Talking Therapies Employment Support Team.

During those five year the service has reached a number of milestones and achievements including:

• Receiving over 2,650 referrals.
• Offered more than 10,000 appointments.
• Successfully reached the finalist stage in 2022's ERSA Awards for Disability and Health - Team of the Year.
• Expanded the employment support intervention to include support for both financial difficulties and food poverty.

The service has also seen improved recovery rates for clients with 58% of people discharged, who had received both psychological therapy and employment support, were in recovery in February 2024.
