For this year's Earth Day, we wanted to share more about our commitment to carbon reduction and how as a charity we're doing our part to help make the world greener.

We have committed to achieving Net Zero emissions by 2030 and we've made some meaningful progress. In 2025, we achieved an actual net reduction of 12% against our 2024 emissions.

We put several plans in place to achieve this, including:

• Establishing a Sustainability Committee
• Introducing a 'green provider first' policy
• Appointing new roles that focused on procurement and estates to drive carbon reduction goals
