Tracey Bell - Director of Quality & Operations Expand Tracey joined MHM in July 2023 as the Director of Quality and Operations providing leadership for the delivery and continuous improvement of our portfolio of services. Prior to joining MHM Tracey#s career has always primarily been in charities focused on the diverse but connected issues of mental health, housing and homelessness, drugs and alcohol and criminal justice. She initially qualified as a youth worker and started her career working with young people who were street homeless in Central London and working her up to take on director and board roles but has never lost her passion for front line service delivery.
